pets

Dogs are welcome at the resort. They must have current shots and be well-behaved. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after the dog in and around the cabin, beach and yard. Dogs must be leashed at all times and never left unattended. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Guests will be responsible for damages or excessive cleaning.

Watercraft

There is a limit of one motorized watercraft per cabin. Additional units may be allowed with prior approval.  There is a limited amount of space for guests to install a boat lift. Please contact the property manager if you are interested in installing a boat lift. A public access boat launch is available on the north east side of the lake off County 24, approximately one mile from the camp.

Quiet hours

Cabins

Because we would like the resort to be a restful place for all, we require that voices, radios, boom boxes and other like items be kept at low level at all times and that the general quiet time be observed between 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We expect and want guests to have a great time, keeping the consideration of other guests in mind at the same time.

Cabins are furnished with beds, dishes, cups and glasses, utensils, limited pots and pans, and each has a microwave, refrigerator and stove. Please bring your own bed linens, kitchen and bath towels, soaps, special pans, coffee maker, toasters, fans, etc.  Home air-conditioners are not allowed in the cabins. Cabins are non-smoking. Housekeeping is not provided and cabins are expected to be cleaned prior to checkout.

Camping

Tent camping by current guests is allowed in the designated area (see map). Sorry, but we cannot accommodate RV’s or campers on site without prior arrangements.

Firewood

To prevent the spread of diseases and pests such as emerald ash borer, firewood from outside the area is not allowed. Please buy from a local vendor. There is firewood for sale at Emmaville, 2.5 miles west of the camp.

fire pits

Only enclosed portable fire rings or fire pits are allowed. If used, please do not leave the fire unattended and make sure the fire is completely out and doused with water prior to leaving the area. Please help us protect the resort and follow State DNR fire restrictions based on the current fire index.

Parking

In an effort to maintain the ambiance of the resort, please do not park vehicles next to the cabins for longer than 30 minutes. Please park in designated parking areas.

Please lock the gate when you are the last one to leave the resort. If in doubt, please lock the gate.
